Sr. Staff Enterprise Architect - Corporate Systems (AI)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid work requires on-site work from an hirify.global office. Travel is estimated at 10%.

Annual base salary: $138,700–$208,000, with potential incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other drug-delivery solutions for people with diabetes and other conditions.

What you will do

• Own architecture strategy, principles, standards, and roadmaps across ERP, Finance, HR, Quality, Data, and Enterprise Integration.
• Translate business priorities into target-state architectures, transition plans, capability views, and investment-aligned technology direction.
• Define architecture requirements, decision frameworks, guardrails, and acceptance criteria for transformation programs and platforms.
• Assess application portfolios, business value, costs, functional overlap, and vendor options to recommend platform investment, consolidation, replacement, or retirement.
• Guide the selection and adoption of enterprise platforms and AI-enabled capabilities, including copilots, workflow automation, and decision support.
• Lead architecture forums, review boards, and working groups while influencing executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant IT, enterprise applications, and IT development or delivery experience.
• 5+ years in an enterprise or business architecture role within a commercial product development organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience with enterprise and business architecture frameworks, ERP systems, HCM, integration platforms, quality and regulatory systems, CRM, and data management.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK, or equivalent architecture methods, including their application to AI-enabled business capabilities.
• Strong communication, strategic leadership, change leadership, and stakeholder influence skills without direct authority.

Nice to have

• SAP, Workday, MuleSoft, Arena, TrackWise, Veeva, Polarion, Salesforce, or Databricks experience.
• Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI patterns, including intelligent assistants, document intelligence, and knowledge retrieval.
