Salesforce & Systems Architect

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD base salary per year, excluding bonus or commission; equity is also provided.

What you will do

• Design and own Salesforce architecture across the commercial lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Architect solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management.
• Own the architecture and integrations of Salesforce-adjacent systems including Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, NetSuite, Snowflake, and Clay.
• Lead data migration and platform integration work while maintaining data integrity across systems.
• Establish documentation, controls, and governance for auditable and durable commercial systems.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and administration experience in high-growth go-to-market environments.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, constraints, and scalability limits.
• End-to-end experience implementing and maintaining QTC/CPQ solutions.
• Experience leading data migrations and integrating Salesforce with financial and commercial systems such as Stripe.
• Working SQL skills and experience operating against a data warehouse.

• Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Architect-track certifications.
• Fluency with modern automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience scaling Salesforce implementations that remain effective as the business grows.
