What you will do

• Define enterprise standards and the technical roadmap for platform integrations and data movement.
• Design and develop complex RICEW components across an ERP or global SCM ecosystem.
• Establish security protocols using technologies such as OAuth and API gateways.
• Lead performance tuning for mission-critical batch jobs and high-volume data streams.
• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for P1/P2 incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Mentor developers and drive intelligent agents, automated data pipelines, and modern integration patterns.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in enterprise platform development, support, and technical administration.
• At least six years of hands-on experience building custom integration frameworks in a major ERP or global SCM ecosystem.
• Expertise in SOA, microservices, and API management.
• Advanced database programming and query optimization skills, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of the impact of technical configurations on Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Ability to work hands-on while communicating architectural strategy to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-assisted workflows or low-code/no-code integration frameworks.
• Experience driving technical innovation in enterprise systems.
