Regional Market Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 base salary per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead commercial growth and act as the primary hirify.global ambassador within an assigned geographic market.
• Build market awareness and long-term relationships across the healthcare and employee benefits community.
• Create annual market business plans, strategic account plans, and measurable growth objectives.
• Generate net-new revenue through employers, brokers, consultants, and referral partners.
• Identify market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast accountability, executive opportunity reviews, CRM discipline, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful healthcare, employee benefits, or TPA sales experience.
• Demonstrated success selling complex self-funded healthcare solutions.
• Proven history of exceeding sales objectives in highly consultative sales environments.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
