Counterintelligence/Information Operations Intelligence (CI/IOI) Analyst - Senior

Location: Onsite in Ogden, Utah; the role supports the Information Operations Division of HAF A3O-QI at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $127,840–$172,960 annually, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary intelligence analysis and planning support for sensitive Air Force and Department of Defense activities.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the security, viability, and effectiveness of highly classified programs and Special Access Programs.
• Research intelligence collection programs, security directives, regulations, and operational policies, providing written recommendations to commands and senior leadership.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and prepare future threat analysis assessments focused on counterintelligence and signature reduction.
• Coordinate sensitive activities without disclosing national security intent, capabilities, or vulnerabilities.
• Brief selected findings and recommendations to senior Air Force and Department of Defense officials.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of intelligence or information operations experience, or at least 4 years in information operations, operations, policy, military planning, intelligence, or counterintelligence.
• 10 years of military or equivalent operational-level experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree in a related area plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Advanced knowledge of Department of Defense, national security, and Intelligence Community organizations, policies, legislation, and directives.
• Experience with counterintelligence, HUMINT, security operations, international intelligence operations, interagency cooperation, professional planning, analysis, and senior-level communication.

Nice to have

• Headquarters staff or MAJCOM-equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree.
