Director of Campus Security (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Point Pleasant, West Virginia; full-time, site-based role

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD base salary, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission programs

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day physical security program for the Monarch campus and act as the escalation point for significant security matters.
• Build the campus security organization, staffing model, operating procedures, patrol processes, access controls, and incident response protocols.
• Protect data center facilities, power-generation infrastructure, utilities, substations, interconnects, fuel and gas systems, and administrative areas.
• Lead the transition from construction security to operational security, validating staffing, procedures, technologies, and systems before customer turnover.
• Manage security threats, incidents, investigations, audits, corrective actions, and performance metrics.
• Develop relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, government organizations, utilities, infrastructure partners, and community stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in physical security, critical infrastructure, data center, corporate, military, or law enforcement security.
• 5+ years of security leadership or management experience, including large-scale or high-consequence facilities.
• Experience managing contracted security organizations, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, biometrics, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and security operations.
• Experience developing security programs from construction through operational readiness, with strong risk assessment, incident management, crisis response, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence engineering, construction, operations, safety, facilities, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience securing hyperscale or AI data centers, power generation, substations, energy infrastructure, or other critical infrastructure.
• Experience with Genetec or comparable enterprise security platforms.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification, relevant high-security experience, or a related bachelor’s degree.
