GSOC Operator - Overnight Shift

Location: Onsite in El Segundo, California, United States; overnight shift from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Hourly pay: $23–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor access control alerts, video feeds, incoming calls, open-source threat intelligence, and mass-communication systems.
• Triage routine and emergency events, dispatch security officers and maintenance personnel, and liaise with 911 centers.
• Coordinate assistance and support for clients during security incidents, emergencies, and crisis events.
• Communicate and disseminate incident information to clients, leadership teams, and key partners.
• Maintain concise records and generate reports from verbal and written sources.
• Contribute to operational and systems improvement projects while maintaining composure and confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a communications center, operations center, or related role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, especially during crises.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions under stress, learn unfamiliar technical systems, and maintain composure during emergencies.
• Reliable communication and transportation are required.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen after a conditional offer.
