GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst

Location: Springfield, VA, United States; full-time onsite at the client facility. Hybrid and remote work are not permitted.

Salary: $119,200–$144,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide GEOINT collection tasking expertise and develop automated GEOINT collection strategies.
• Integrate SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open-source data to support automated tipping and queueing.
• Advise on current and future GEOINT imaging systems, overhead sensors, and associated architectures.
• Optimize imagery collection and dissemination while validating information and refining collection strategies.
• Build automated multi-intelligence collection strategies for ABI/OBP CONOPS using JEMA, GIMS, ECO, and related applications.
• Mentor junior Source Strategies Analysts and brief Source leadership and DNI/DoD-level audiences.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience with TCPED of GEOINT data, including real-time and activity-based collection.
• At least 5 years of experience with large-scale multi-source data sensemaking, model-output confidence and reliability metrics, automated collection strategies, and collaboration with data scientists.
• Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors, inferencing methodologies, NSG focus areas, and GEOINT collection management structures.
• Experience with GIMS, NSG/IC collaborative tools, Information Need development, and multi-intelligence strategies for complex intelligence problems.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals or Collections.
• Experience with training-material development, non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities, learning objectives, or vector data.
