Senior Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Remote or hybrid; listed locations are Raleigh, Charlotte, or Ashburn, USA

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 expected annual compensation, plus salary and fee split

What you will do

• Deliver commercial real estate valuation services across a broad range of property and client assignments.
• Prepare traditional appraisal reports, market studies, and feasibility analyses.
• Participate in multi-service-line strategic consulting engagements.
• Analyze and interpret complex documents and solve advanced, multifaceted valuation problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Complete assignments and remove obstacles in a fast-paced professional environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and document interpretation skills.
