Certified Residential Appraiser (Real Estate)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (Remote). Frequent local fieldwork is required, including outdoor work at construction and remote sites in all seasons and weather.

What you will do

• Select comparable properties, analyze market data, and value residential properties using established valuation techniques.
• Complete accurate, high-quality appraisal reports for clients across a range of property types and complexities.
• Manage daily assignments and capacity while maintaining effective communication and customer service.
• Maintain continuing education and credentialization requirements.
• Recommend improvements to business processes and data collection methods.
• Advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans when needed.

Requirements

• Certified residential appraiser with proficient residential valuation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including software, applications, and databases.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, manage time, and consistently deliver reliable valuations.
• Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork.
• Ability to perform frequent fieldwork outdoors, walk long distances over uneven or icy terrain, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
