Manager - International Real Estate Development

Location: Miami, Florida, United States. Work is primarily performed at hirify.global restaurants or designated field locations; remote work is permitted when not working at a hirify.global location, subject to managerial approval and business needs.

Salary: $105,000–$184,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20% of base salary.

What you will do

• Drive new restaurant development across the Latin America and Caribbean region.
• Manage site approvals, new store openings, and closure approvals through the International CapCom process.
• Maintain the development pipeline, track milestones, and report progress through regional team meetings.
• Partner with franchisees through market visits, calls, and business reviews to support planning, site selection, and project management.
• Lead market mapping and identify potential trade areas for long-term development planning.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, and Operations from lease execution through restaurant opening and operations turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Regional business, real estate, or cultural experience in Latin America, including direct experience in South America.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative environment, with strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, and coaching skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS, Oracle, and other database systems.
