What you will do

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure compliance with ESI specifications.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance oversight.
• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on EDRM best practices and technical requirements.
• Conduct quality control of deliverables and provide detailed deficiency notices when necessary.
• Support webhosting for cases managed by the lab and maintain client communication regarding technical challenges.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• At least eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles, including electronic files processing and data culling.
• At least five years of experience at the management or supervisory level.
• Extensive experience with Relativity is required.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications.
• Experience with litigation support tools such as LAW, IPRO, Concordance, or iConect.
