Talent Management Director (AI)

Location: Hybrid office-based role in Irving, Texas, with an expectation of three days per week on-site at hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and workforce skills programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders on integrated talent management solutions.
• Provide strategic consultation on talent, performance, succession planning, career development, and workforce skills.
• Analyze talent and workforce data to identify trends and develop recommendations for workforce decisions.
• Create executive presentations, dashboards, communications, tools, and resources for senior leadership and employees.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning forums while leading initiatives that improve processes, technology adoption, and employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise talent management, workforce transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across organizational levels.
• Experience using workforce data and analytics to develop business insights and recommendations.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred; an advanced degree is also preferred.
• Experience with Workday or a similar Human Capital Management system preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for productivity, analysis, and content development.
