Talent & Development Specialist (AI & Talent Technology)

Location: Carlsbad, California, United States. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $99,000–$156,000 annually. For specific locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $123,000–$184,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and execute enterprise performance, development, reward, talent review, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
• Develop scalable career pathing, internal mobility, skills, capabilities, and leadership competency frameworks.
• Design and scale leadership development programs, cohort experiences, learning resources, bootcamps, mentoring programs, and self-directed learning pathways.
• Partner with Talent Partners, HR Partners, business leaders, HR Systems, IT, vendors, and executive talent teams to drive consistent adoption.
• Integrate AI, automation, behavioral analytics, psychometrics, and data-validated evaluation methods into talent and learning processes.
• Establish governance, reporting, and evaluation mechanisms to measure business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience designing and executing enterprise talent management, performance, or learning and development programs in a complex, high-tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, I-O Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Industrial-Organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, and leadership competency models.
• Experience implementing or optimizing HR technology, talent analytics platforms, or AI-enabled HR tools.
• Exceptional project and program management, stakeholder engagement, influence, change leadership, and cross-functional execution skills.
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience designing, validating, or implementing 360-degree feedback tools, cognitive or personality assessments, or custom leadership competency models.
