What you will do
- Evaluate forecasts and sales orders against capacity and material requirements.
- Create, monitor, and update production plans and schedules.
- Optimize production schedules to reduce setup time and production stoppages.
- Create and follow material requirements and requisitions while monitoring critical materials, inventory risks, obsolete stock, and food waste.
- Analyze planning risks, material shortages, capacity constraints, and backorder risks, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, and Quality teams while supporting process digitalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply planning.
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- ERP/MRP knowledge; SAP PP/MM experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical thinking, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
- Good command of English and Turkish required.
