Inventory Analyst

Location: Lewisville, Texas, USA

Company

Develops and produces specialty chemical systems and products for construction, transportation, marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing industries.

What you will do

• Oversee supply chain master data workflows from material-code creation through release.
• Coordinate with project integration teams, local sites, demand planning, and business functions to ensure accurate code and forecast creation.
• Lead initiatives to cleanse and maintain master data, and train local key users on data maintenance practices.
• Analyze inventory utilization and slow-moving or obsolete inventory, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate monthly inventory business review meetings and manage the inventory matrix.
• Assess upstream and downstream applications and process impacts related to supply chain data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, master data, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
• Experience working with data, analytical analysis, and daily metrics reporting.
• Project management, problem-solving, and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
