Engineering Operations Technician (On-site)

Annual base salary: $22.25–$33.37

What you will do

• Maintain engineering equipment, lab instruments, testing devices, inventory records, and supplies.
• Support equipment deployment, setup, transfer, return, preventative maintenance, and calibration.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate timely repair or replacement of faulty equipment.
• Keep engineering work areas organized, clean, efficient, and safe.
• Prepare clear technical documentation aligned with quality expectations.
• Identify risks, recurring support issues, and practical process improvements for engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree/vocational technical diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with engineering equipment, lab instruments, testing devices, and related support tools.
• Working knowledge of both Android and iOS, including device setup, account access, application installation, troubleshooting, and operating system differences.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel, plus clear technical writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, analytical skills, and ability to follow established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and work on-site.
