What you will do

  • Onboard new customer locations after camera installation.
  • Verify cameras, market reports, transaction data, and location setup.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate onboarding issues.
  • Maintain accurate location records and provide timely status updates.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve onboarding concerns.
  • Improve onboarding processes to reduce errors, delays, and inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Philippines and available full-time for 40 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving, data entry, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and data analysis.
