Community Engagement Associate (Texas)

Location: Remote within Texas, United States; travel up to approximately 20% required.

Salary: $86,505–$98,355 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, emergency management offices, dispatch centers, and other first responder agencies in Pano deployment areas.
• Identify relevant agencies and decision-makers, then lead outreach, onboarding, and training.
• Drive ongoing platform engagement and help agencies review and operationalize Pano wildfire alerts.
• Develop an understanding of agency priorities, workflows, and challenges, and share field feedback with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Represent hirify.global in agency meetings, industry events, workshops, presentations, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Must reside within the state of Texas for this remote position.
• 2+ years of experience in wildfire, forestry, or disaster management, ideally with a federal wildland fire or state fire agency.
• 2+ years of professional experience in training and development, sales or marketing, customer success or support, operations, or project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, outreach, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a SaaS environment and using Google Suite.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree.
• Current or former firefighter, emergency manager, or other disaster management background.
• Passion for environmental protection and climate resiliency.
