TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (AI): Managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts to maximize value from the AI Agent Workspace with an accent on customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. Focus on analyzing usage metrics to drive upsells and serving as the bridge between customers and the product team.
Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote for most time zones; however, PST-based candidates are required to work from the San Francisco office 3x/week.
Salary: $170,000 – $190,000 + Equity & Commission

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of ~30 mid-market and enterprise accounts, ensuring high impact and value for stakeholders.
- Lead customer onboarding to ensure seamless integration of into existing sales processes.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships to align product deployment with specific customer business goals.
- Analyze usage metrics to proactively address adoption challenges and lead upsell conversations.
- Monitor customer health metrics and create proactive plans to mitigate churn risks.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback and assisting with technical support.
Requirements
- Based in the United States.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing 30+ accounts with a successful renewals track record.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding and support.
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo.
- Ability to use data analytics to identify and solve customer challenges.
- Experience working in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
