Location: US - Remote; ideally based in the U.S. Central or Eastern Time Zone. Requires shift-based coverage of Mountain Time daylight hours and approximately 10–20% travel, including travel to active wildfire response areas.
Salary: $86,505–$106,650 annually, plus equity.

develops AI-powered wildfire detection and intelligence using high-definition camera networks, software, satellite imagery, and other data sources to provide real-time situational awareness to fire professionals and utility customers.
What you will do
- Review and curate smoke incident alerts for relevance to utility customers and emergency operations personnel.
- Assess incident locations, proximity to utility infrastructure, fire spread risk, and wildfire conditions across multi-state regions.
- Coordinate alert dissemination with utility stakeholders and identify process improvements.
- Build relationships with fire authorities and disaster management agencies, including outreach and onboarding for Pano station deployments.
- Coordinate station installations with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Provide customer support, communicate product capabilities, collect end-user feedback, and participate in trade shows, fire events, presentations, and workshops.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in wildland firefighting, dispatch, or a closely related field.
- Experience in wildfire, forestry, or disaster management; federal wildland fire or state fire agency experience is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in training and development, sales or marketing, customer success or support, operations, or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and methodical in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations and quickly learn technology tools such as Google Workspace.
- Ability to work shift-based schedules covering Mountain Time daylight hours and travel approximately 10–20%.
Nice to have
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience as a wildland fire dispatcher, firefighter, emergency manager, or disaster management professional.
