TL;DR
Sr. ERP Developer (Infor SyteLine): Advancing and expanding IEM’s Infor SyteLine v10.x ERP implementation through SDLC delivery, customizations, integrations, and reporting with an accent on Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, C#, SQL, and system upgrades. Focus on designing complex ERP enhancements, troubleshooting conversions, building SSRS and Infor reports, and translating technical requirements into reliable user-facing solutions.
Location: US - Remote; fully remote with minimal travel to facilities or conferences. Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and enhance Infor SyteLine v10.x functionality, add-ons, reports, and customizations using Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL, SSRS, and Infor Reporting reports.
- Support system upgrades, conversions, troubleshooting, end users, and system performance.
- Document code changes, provide technical support and training, and collaborate with technical colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting end users with Infor SyteLine-based solutions.
- Experience with MS T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and database management.
- Experience with Infor Mongoose, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and C#.
- Experience upgrading previous Infor SyteLine versions to Infor SyteLine v10.x.
- Understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles, with strong analytical, documentation, testing, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship is offered.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Database and SQL solution design experience and familiarity with GitHub.
- Experience with multi-site and multi-currency configurations, MRP, APS, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with Lake Companies Doc-Trak, Infor Factory Track, or Seagull Scientific Bartender.
- Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems.
