Senior ERP Engineer (NetSuite)

Location: United States; remote or hybrid options are available, with onsite attendance required most of the time for candidates within a one-hour commute of the Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, configuration, customization, performance, and daily operation of the NetSuite ERP platform across financials, procurement, inventory, order management, fixed assets, revenue management, WMS, and CRM.
• Design and implement NetSuite customizations with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, including saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, payment gateways, e-commerce and marketplace platforms, shipping and logistics systems, and analytics tools such as BigQuery, AWS, and Lightdash.
• Maintain data integrity, security, system updates, audits, data cleansing, standardization, imports, exports, and migrations.
• Support business users, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and create documentation and training materials.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Technology to gather requirements and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar ERP-focused engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and data management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management processes.
• Experience supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in a fast-paced enterprise environment and collaborating throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, user training, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification.
