What you will do

  • Partner with internal and customer teams to deliver successful FeneVision product implementations.
  • Guide clients through configuration, testing, and onboarding to maximize product value.
  • Develop and test configurations to ensure they satisfy specific customer requirements.
  • Manage task assignments and timelines to meet company and client commitments.
  • Create and maintain client-facing documentation, including meeting minutes and trip reports.
  • Support knowledge transfer across internal teams and FeneVision groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience with software implementation, specifically ERP/CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts.
  • Ability to develop VBScript logic, integrations, and automation routines.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, version control, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.

Nice to have

  • Additional scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or finance.
