Implementation Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Partner with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful FeneVision implementations.
• Configure, customize, and test software solutions against customer requirements.
• Provide customer guidance and support during onboarding and implementation.
• Manage task assignments, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Create and maintain client-facing documentation, including meeting minutes and trip reports.
• Support knowledge transfer across team members and FeneVision groups while building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience configuring and customizing software applications for customer requirements.
• Experience developing VBScript logic, integrations, and automation routines.
• Ability to write and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts.
• Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and database updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with software implementation, preferably ERP or CRM systems, plus familiarity with SDLC processes, version control, and ticketing systems.

Nice to have

• Additional scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, financial, or other vertical-specific industries.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation systems.
