ERP Finance Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

What you will do

• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to understand processes, identify improvements, and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Support ERP configuration, enhancements, workflows, troubleshooting, and ongoing application improvements.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements while coordinating with IT, developers, and vendors.
• Support GL, AP, AR, purchasing and procurement, financial reporting, reconciliations, and related workflows.
• Lead or support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, data migration, validation, root-cause analysis, documentation, and user training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP application support, or a related business or technology role.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP requirements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with Finance and Accounting users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is preferred; Business Central, Dynamics GP, Serenic Navigator, or comparable ERP experience is also considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis.
