Business System Consultant (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Advise and support assigned NetSuite clients across finance, order management, procurement, inventory, projects, and other applicable modules.
• Manage support requests, enhancement needs, and small-to-medium-sized projects across multiple clients and workstreams.
• Configure and deploy workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, custom records, data imports, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, conduct system reviews, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SuiteScript, integrations, APIs, and complex solution design.
• Communicate roadmaps, timelines, risks, and requirements while maintaining client documentation and supporting quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience in configuration and solution design.
• Strong expertise in at least two areas including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory and Fulfillment, Projects/SuiteProjects, or Manufacturing.
• Experience supporting clients in managed services, optimization, or continuous improvement environments and managing multiple workstreams.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite configuration tools, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer-facing communication.
• Spanish and English at C1 level required.
• SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and ERP Consultant certifications, plus experience with SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.
