What you will do

• Lead industrial and multidiscipline process projects from inception through completion of construction.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resource coordination across multiple projects and clients.
• Coordinate engineers and designers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient designs compliant with company procedures and codes.
• Produce technical scopes of work, estimate material and labor costs, and prepare contractor bid packages.
• Direct mechanical and piping designs, perform design reviews, and provide field support for troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Alabama, or ability to obtain reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
• 7+ years of mechanical/piping engineering and project management experience in industrial or process facilities.
• Working knowledge of ASME (incl. B31.3/B31.1), ANSI, API, ASTM, TEMA, and CEMA codes.
• Ability to read and interpret PFDs and P&IDs.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
