Senior Manager Technical Program Management

Location: Hybrid in Holtsville, New York, with at least 3 days per week in the office and 2 remote days in the US. Travel requirement: 10–20%.

Salary: $156,960–$235,440 annual, plus a performance-based annual cash incentive targeted at 20% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs that standardize software and improve the end-to-end customer experience across a multi-product portfolio.
• Direct shared services initiatives covering unified identity and login, licensing, API strategy, and cloud operations.
• Develop and manage roadmaps focused on platform consolidation, reduced customer fragmentation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Lead program planning and execution, managing scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and obstacles.
• Build consensus and drive adoption of common standards and platforms across business units and senior stakeholders.
• Lead program management teams, supervise direct reports, and support team development through mentoring and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale software programs in multi-product or multi-business-unit environments.
• Advanced knowledge of program management techniques, development processes, product launches, risk management, scheduling, and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, including Single Sign-On and OAuth; API-first design and lifecycle management; shared cloud platforms and DevOps principles; and software licensing models.
• Ability to influence technical and business teams, lead organizational change, create technical standards, communicate with executive audiences, and use enterprise AI tools to improve workflows.
