Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own program delivery for the hirify.global Reporting product line, including roadmap execution and enterprise deployment programs.
• Coordinate vendor integrations and serve as the escalation point for HL7, FHIR, DICOM, PACS, RIS, and EHR integration issues.
• Lead integration go-lives, security reviews, BAAs, data-use agreements, and cross-functional deployment coordination.
• Build repeatable playbooks, runbooks, KPI dashboards, and reporting for time-to-go-live, defects, productivity, quality, and adoption.
• Manage program schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, releases, testing sign-off, stakeholder readiness, training, and documentation.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and communication across engineering, design, implementations, clinical teams, leadership, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software or healthcare IT, delivering complex cross-functional programs from inception through launch.
• Experience managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs, including health-system or enterprise go-lives.
• Ability to interpret HL7 v2 messages, FHIR APIs and payloads, DICOM objects, PACS/RIS workflows, EHR integrations, and interface-engine logs.
• Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf, plus diagnostic work with logs, Postman, network connectivity, SQL, or basic Python and shell scripts.
• Working knowledge of radiology workflows, HIPAA, PHI handling, SOC 2 practices, regulated healthcare delivery, and clinical AI considerations.

Nice to have

• OAuth2 and SMART on FHIR experience.
• Experience with clinical AI regulatory considerations, including risk management, documentation, and FDA approval requirements.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams.
• Change-management experience with radiologist end users.
