Project Manager (Gaming Systems)

Location: Mexico, Jalisco; hybrid work with remote and on-site client assignments and mandatory project travel.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new and enhanced gaming system solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Systems Engineering, Services Consulting, and Product Development.
• Gather, document, estimate, and prioritize technical requirements based on business needs.
• Map current operational workflows and design optimized future-state business processes.
• Coordinate technical documentation, software configuration, client enablement, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering IT-based projects.
• Experience managing multiple highly technical projects across business and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of networked systems, IT inventory management, technical platform deployments, and project management frameworks such as PMI or SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder presentations.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Gaming operations, gaming regulations, casino operations, or slot technology experience.
• Knowledge of standalone networked and wireless gaming devices.
• Exposure to SAP Project Systems and PPM.
