Senior Project Manager SaaS/ERP (Project Management): Planning and overseeing complex ERP and SaaS implementation projects from ideation through completion with an accent on delivery quality, stakeholder communication, and project governance. Focus on developing project plans, managing milestones and risks, coordinating resources, and ensuring maintainable product, system, and service implementations.
Location: Remote, limited to Puebla, Mexico City (CDMX), Queretaro, or Monterrey, Mexico

What you will do
- Plan and oversee projects from initial ideation through completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within defined quality standards, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate project teams, resources, roles, responsibilities, schedules, milestones, and communication plans.
- Communicate project status, variances, recommendations, and technical information to stakeholders and clients.
- Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure implementation documentation is complete.
- Ensure product, system, or service architecture and implementation are maintainable and extensible.
Requirements
- Must be located in Puebla, Mexico City, Queretaro, or Monterrey, Mexico.
- 5+ years of related work experience, including 3 years as a Lead Programmer Analyst, Project Leader, or Technology Supervisor.
- Experience managing complex ERP implementations or SaaS projects, or experience as a Senior Consultant.
- Intermediate-high English proficiency required.
- Experience with project management methodologies; PMI certification is desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience with Banner Student Suite or another ERP platform.
- PMI certification.
