Service Project Manager Head LATAM CD

What you will do

• Lead the Service Project Managers team across Latin America within Gas Services, Control & Digitalization.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control technical electrical projects for power generation equipment.
• Manage customer contractual relationships, project schedules, budgets, resources, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks while providing technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers and review or approve supplier deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• More than five years of experience managing technical electrical projects and Control & Digitalization solutions for power generation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems for power generation equipment.
• Leadership, team coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Effective communication with customers and stakeholders, with a results-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Fluent English required.
• Preferred locations are Brazil (Jundiaí) or Mexico City; candidates based in Argentina, Chile, or Peru are also considered.
