Sr Project Manager - On-Site CDMX

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices while driving continuous improvement.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs, escalating and resolving blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
• Prepare executive status reports, financial tracking, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or Agile delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Agile project management, Scrum Master practices, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with project financials, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Advanced English at C1–C2 level.
• Availability to work on-site at CDMX.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with SAFe frameworks.
