Salary: $55,177–$156,700 USD per year, with potential bonus or commission opportunities depending on the role.

What you will do

• Manage game development projects from inception through regulatory submission and delivery.
• Coordinate Producers, Project Managers, Graphic Artists, Mathematicians, Developers, Technical Artists, Test Engineers, and external contractors.
• Develop iteration plans aligned with product roadmaps and game design visions.
• Track schedules, resources, milestones, metrics, risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
• Prioritize cross-functional requests, facilitate information flow, and remove project barriers.
• Apply lessons learned and market knowledge to improve game production and support product development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of gaming product lines, market segmentation, and applicable gaming regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with software engineering and project management methodologies, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering quality products through consistent milestone achievement.

Nice to have

• 3–6 years of project and project team management experience.
• Agile, Scrum, or PMI certification.
• Proficiency in the hirify.global game development process and cross-functional game development responsibilities.
