Project Manager / Business Analyst (Information Technology)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan and deliver projects from initiation through closeout, maintaining schedules, budgets, capacity plans, and Agile documentation.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, facilitate meetings and Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Track risks, issues, scope changes, project status, and key metrics while developing resolutions and reporting to leadership.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process maps, and business cases.
• Partner with technical teams on solution design, UAT planning, communications, training, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• PMP, CBAP, CCBA, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Lean, Six Sigma, or data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Industry experience in healthcare, finance, technology, or another relevant field.
