Staff Project Manager

Location: United States; remote-first

What you will do

• Lead complex operational projects across hardware and logistics, infrastructure readiness, procurement, vendor management, software migrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage global logistics operations, including international shipments, trade compliance, and field hardware lifecycle tracking.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, forecasts, milestone tracking, and dependency management across the Business Operations portfolio.
• Run sprint tracking and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
• Lead issue resolution, change control, risk mitigation, financial tracking, budget forecasting, and resource allocation reporting.
• Provide governance, executive reporting, stakeholder visibility, and coaching to associate and junior project managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing IT or business operations projects in a production enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating operational, financial, regulatory, and technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and support integration initiatives related to company growth or M&A activity.
• Experience with hardware or asset logistics, equipment lifecycle management, or supply chain operations is preferred; cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• International logistics experience and ICS/OT knowledge.
