What you will do

• Drive regihirify.globalal real estate strategy for retail and office footprints supporting omnichannel growth and key city priorities.
• Lead site selectihirify.global and end-to-end deal executihirify.global for new stores, relocatihirify.globals, and office spaces.
• Structure and negotiate leases to secure favorable financial and legal terms.
• Manage brokers, chirify.globalsultants, landlords, and internal partners across multiple markets.
• Analyze market data, foot traffic, competitihirify.global, site profitability, and CapEx for executive decisihirify.global-making.
• Manage lease renewals, kick-outs, expansihirify.globals, and restructurings across North America and LATAM.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in real estate leasing, brokerage, or development within premium retail or high-growth chirify.globalsumer envirhirify.globalments.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Expertise in complex commercial lease structuring and negotiatihirify.global across North America and LATAM.
• Experience with financial modeling, CapEx assessment, and lhirify.globalg-term deal structuring.
• Understanding of premium retail markets, brand adjacency, key street dynamics, and chirify.globalsumer traffic patterns.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for site evaluatihirify.globals, negotiatihirify.globals, and market reviews.
