Team Lead, Property Management (PropTech)

Location: Remote from Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC. Travel within the assigned area is required at least 10% of the time, with additional travel possible for training and offsites.

Salary: $80,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a team of property managers overseeing designated investor portfolios and changing objectives.
• Provide investor support, manage internal and external escalations, and resolve complex issues permanently.
• Advocate for investor goals by maximizing revenue, reducing costs, and improving portfolio performance.
• Implement quality controls, standard operating procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships across departments and collaborate with product and technology teams to create efficiencies.
• Conduct performance reviews, support team culture, and assist with court appearances and utility activation payments.

Requirements

• Active real estate license.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Prior experience in property management, cost management, or revenue management.
• Seven or more years of experience in operations, real estate, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
