What you will do

• Lead a multi-unit, full-service restaurant business as its president.
• Own business strategy, operations, profitability, and full P&L management.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeper on expenses, capital purchases, efficiencies, and business metrics.
• Drive growth through marketing, community outreach, new product lines, and new accounts.
• Manage HR matters, employee performance, reviews, raises, bonuses, and staff disputes.
• Lead the transition to employee ownership and coach employee-owners toward stronger business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in restaurant operations and managing high-volume, multi-unit locations.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, solve problems, and maintain long-term operational focus.
• Proven people leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for overseeing financials and developing strategies.
• Project management skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach.
• Ability to establish a clear vision, define measurable KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to achieve financial goals.
