Director, Strategic Services (AI)

Location: Remote, with London-based candidates preferred

Salary: £110,000–£130,000 OTE annual salary

What you will do

• Advise CEOs, general managers, and senior executives on strategy formulation, deployment, execution, and measurable value realization.
• Lead enterprise implementation, consulting, platform launch, enablement, and early customer value engagements.
• Map strategy execution and strategic portfolio management processes and develop scalable, data-driven operating models.
• Lead executive conversations, working sessions, demonstrations, and white-glove enablement for senior leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and partner with Customer Success and Sales on renewals, expansion, upsell, and services revenue.
• Help customers use hirify.global Agents, Scorecards, business reviews, and meetings to manage results.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in strategy development, strategy deployment, strategy execution, and strategic portfolio management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level implementation or consulting engagements, ideally in SaaS or strategy execution.
• Experience working with large, complex, matrixed organizations and influencing senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, listening, and executive engagement skills.
• London-based candidates are preferred for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience at a strategy or management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, or Slalom.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
