Senior Strategist, Enterprise (AI)

Location: New York; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work is required as needed.

Estimated compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Advise enterprise clients on AI capability building, digital operating models, innovation opportunities, and transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery, current-state assessments, diagnoses, target-state design, and transformation roadmaps across people, process, and technology.
• Develop and present points of view on AI and digital innovation, including impacts on products, customer experiences, and competitive dynamics.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that generate decisions and momentum.
• Own proposals, executive presentations, business cases, engagement documentation, and contributions to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting, strategy, or advisory experience is valuable.
• Ability to independently structure complex, ambiguous business problems and develop and defend a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder advisory skills.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person collaboration; four or more office days per week are required, with global travel as needed.
