Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Greater San Francisco Area; must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for in-office collaboration. Travel up to approximately 25% may be required.

Salary: $145,000–$225,000 per year plus equity and health benefits.

What you will do

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, workflows, and data landscapes.
• Build quantified business cases connecting AI opportunities and hirify.global insights to measurable customer outcomes.
• Lead client workstreams with Engineering and Product to design and deploy scalable, customized solutions.
• Run customer onboarding and enablement sessions for the hirify.global Nucleus platform and drive user adoption.
• Present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders and lead SteerCo meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Identify product signals, expansion opportunities, and ways to increase value across customer accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing strategy, consulting, SaaS customer-facing, implementation, professional services, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating Engineering and Data Science teams in complex B2B enterprise environments.
• Ability to build quantified business cases and translate data insights into actions for finance and executive stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating complex data ecosystems, performing ad-hoc analysis, and communicating with both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience developing software-led solutions, driving adoption, and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for in-office collaboration; able to travel up to approximately 25%.
