Technology Audit & Advisory Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at local hirify.global offices and client sites, including local or out-of-state travel. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $118,000–$189,000 base annually; 14% bonus target; estimated total cash compensation of $134,520–$215,460 annually.

What you will do

• Manage technology audit and advisory engagements addressing technology risk, cybersecurity, cloud assurance, IT controls, data governance, privacy, resilience, and emerging technologies.
• Lead teams in applying IT audit methodologies and producing process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
• Develop strategies and solutions using analytics, AI, automation, and other technology-enabled methods.
• Oversee project work plans, review deliverables, mentor team members, and provide performance development.
• Build client relationships, communicate audit and technology issues to executives, and support proposals and business development.
• Assess technology processes and controls, including SOX compliance, ITGC, enterprise applications, and second-line controls governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, cybersecurity, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology audit, consulting, assurance, risk and control programs, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams, implementing IT audit methodologies, reviewing work, conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coordinating across teams.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley technology requirements and control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, and ITIL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, RPA solutions, and other analytics tools is strongly preferred.
• Relevant certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications, disaster recovery, and systems development methodologies.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve internal audit, SOX activities, and personal productivity.
