What you will do

• Develop and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with high-tech market trends.
• Architect global pay transparency readiness and ensure compliance with international and US state regulations.
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles within Workday.
• Design and evolve global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and geographic salary structures.
• Advise executive leadership and business partners on high-impact compensation decisions and talent retention.
• Drive compensation due diligence and integration strategies for M&A activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS.
• 3+ years in a lead advisory capacity.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and complex regulatory environments.
• Master-level compensation modeling and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Experience leading compensation strategies with private equity firms.
• Hands-on experience building custom AI assistants or GPTs for workflow automation.
• Experience with Workday benefit modules.
