Senior Accountant

Location: Hybrid role based in Acton, Massachusetts, requiring on-site work from an hirify.global office.

Salary: $78,500–$117,800 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions; incentive compensation may also apply.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable subcutaneous drug delivery solutions.

What you will do

• Support monthly close and internal reporting by preparing journal entries and reconciliations for sales and marketing expenses, debt, and prepaids.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly account fluctuations and provide operational analysis for recurring transactions.
• Assist with financial statement compliance under US GAAP.
• Complete internal control activities for assigned accounting areas.
• Develop and implement improved accounting procedures.
• Support new business initiatives, accounting matters, and General Accounting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–4 years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience at SEC-registered entities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Availability for hybrid work with required on-site attendance in Acton, Massachusetts.

• MSA or MBA.
