What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, tax reporting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations and help scale accounting processes with business growth.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, monitor performance, and support regulatory compliance.
• Lead annual audits with external auditors and maintain continuous audit readiness.
• Manage accounting functions across multiple entities and locations.
• Contribute to innovative healthcare initiatives and support data-driven leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in-house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and an active CPA license.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities and locations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax reporting requirements.
• Advanced experience with Excel, Stripe, Bill, and QuickBooks.
• End-to-end audit management, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or membership-based business models.
• Experience as an early finance hire or sole contributor in a high-growth organization.
• Healthcare accounting experience.
