Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage (Energy and Climate & Sustainability)

Location: Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or München, Germany; occasional travel to serve clients onsite is expected.

What you will do

• Deliver research, analysis, and sector expertise for client cases, proposals, and workshops.
• Develop insights and solutions covering energy transition, energy infrastructure, electrification, decarbonization, and related policies.
• Contribute to hirify.global Vantage products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, and other intellectual property.
• Support commercialization through analytical contributions to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with case teams, clients, practice leaders, and global topic experts, primarily supporting the German market.
• Assist with onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consulting experience in the energy and climate sectors, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual and agile team environments and navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• AI-native working style, including day-to-day use of Claude and ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• Four to six or more years of industry experience.
• Consulting experience beyond the minimum requirement.
