Project Leader, Risk & Compliance (Insurance)

What you will do

• Contribute to transformative Finance, Actuarial, and Risk projects for leading insurers and reinsurers.
• Develop analytical models and frameworks in capital modeling, solvency, ALM, valuation, and stress testing.
• Support regulatory and accounting transformations including Solvency II and IFRS 17 implementation.
• Translate actuarial and financial analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional BCG teams combining strategy, analytics, and AI expertise.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams and support client interactions throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Insurance Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory roles with mastery of capital modeling, solvency frameworks, valuation, or actuarial techniques.
• Consulting experience working with clients across industries, linking technical rigor with business context and C-suite priorities.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills in financial modeling, data analysis, or risk frameworks.
• Interest and experience in AI and advanced analytics applied to Finance and Risk processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage at C-suite level and build trusted client relationships.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English.
