What you will do

• Lead larger and more complex modules within BCG projects with end-to-end responsibility.
• Develop specialized knowledge to help solve clients’ problems.
• Apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and create strategies for change.
• Help clients gain competitive advantage through digital transformation, data & digital platforms, AI at scale, agile, cybersecurity, and digitizing the tech function.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor’s or advanced degree).
• Strong focus on technology, digital initiatives, or digital strategy.
• Relevant experience in consulting or industry working on technology or digital projects.
