• Develop and implement advanced risk management strategies and analytical frameworks.

• Drive global project delivery and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in risk management.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance consulting environment.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in trading or market risk management.
• Strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and modern risk management systems.
• English: C1 proficiency required for high-level communication.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in German.
